Overview
2021 is the year that the sibling alt pop duo No Lore, made their debut release titled 'Lou' under Off The Record, and I am tasked to do the lyric video of their song. The idea is to introduce the song through the painting since it's also the album art, hence what I did is to show the painting from sketch to finish.
Creative Process
In the process of making the lyric video, I have to obtain the sketch from the time lapse video and scale up to 3000 pixels so I can zoom it in After Effects and do the magic.
Every frame is being close-up in different perspectives of the painting to give surprise of what the video is about. As lyrics being sung, you will observe that the painting is slowly having the sketch and painting.
The sketch, painting reveal and lyrics were synced with the use of After Effects. See the video below in action.
